I Thank the Lord of glory for giving me another opportunity to visit you, to greet and share about Sharon ministry in the matchless name of our beloved Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. We are at the dawn of another month February of the year 2009. We are grateful to you for standing with us through fervent prayers and gifts of love.

We thank the Lord for the souls that accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour and gave witness through waters baptism 0n 15^th January from Pastor Swarna Kumar and pastor Joseph Raju churches. Thus 13 souls have been added to the kingdom of God.

On 30^th January 7 persons have been baptized in the church pastured by Pastor Moses. 

We are very much delighted to share that through the help extended by The Sharon India Foundation the construction of church has been completed successfully. The church was dedicated for the glory of God on 5^th of February 2009. Pastor Raja Ratnam is the pastor of this church. We thank God that this is the second church helped by The Sharon India Foundation after the Sharon church being the first one.

The Lord helped us to distribute 200 Bibles freely in Cheryl village in Medak district. What a joy for the poor village people to receive the copies of Holy Bible, the word of God which they can’t afford to buy! Let us pray that the Lord will continue to speak to these dear ones through His word. I am sure with this ministry and through our united prayers we are going to see many more come to experience Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour.

We are glad to share that 7 bicycles have been distributed to the pastors who can’t afford to buy. Let us pray for these dear pastors, their families and churches as they minister the Lord traveling on the bicycles. One dear pastor came to express his gratitude for the gift to him. He says without cycle he was walking many miles per day on foot. Today with the help of bicycle he was able to cover many more places for the extension of his kingdom! May God bless the sponsors behind this blessing. May God of glory reward them abundantly.

We feel very sad to think of those suffering from various sicknesses and ailments. In India many can’t afford to consult the doctor and spend money on medicines. We thank God for helping us to comfort and help such needy and suffering brothers and sisters in the Lord. Last month medical support has been given to 36 pastors and also 36 poor widows. Let us pray for the dear ones praying and supporting for this good cause. Let us pray for the healing of these dear ones undergoing medical treatment.

We have presented 90 blankets to the poor widows. I just can’t express the joy and gratitude expressed by these poor widows while receiving these gifts. This is all because of love, compassion shared by our dear brothers from US. We praise God for bringing us together to be used as a tool of blessing to many here in India.

Matthew 25:40 “And the king shall answer and say unto them, verily I say unto you. In as much as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me”.

 Let us continue to pray to know and to do what the Lord wants us to do in the days to come. His thoughts are many, and wonderful. Let us raise to His expectation. He has great plans in our lives. Isaiah 55:8, 9 says “For my thoughts are not……………………………………………………………………………………………………….your thoughts”. 

As William Care the great missionary to India says “Expect great things from God, attempt great things for God”. The Lord already started doing great things and we look forward prayerfully for greater things in the days to come for His glory.
